The powerful YesWelder YWM-211P multi-process MIG welder has a convenient pulse and double pulse function and works with up to 200 amps. The extensive double pulse function in MIG welding prevents materials from burning through and reduces deformation due to heat. Therefore, the welder is particularly suitable for welding thin sheets and materials that may be heated only slightly. Welds up to 1/4" aluminum, stainless and mild steel.

Multi-Process

  • Multi-functions: Synergic MIG /Manual MIG/Single Pulse MIG /Double Pulse MIG/ Lift TIG (TIG torch not included)/ Stick
  • Shield gas for MIG welding: Fe AR 75% CO2 25%/SS AR 98% CO2 2%, Fe CO2 100%, Al AR 100%, 5/8"-18RH gas fitting easy to install and remove.
  • Suitable for 7018/6011//6010 Electrode for Stick welding, offer additional functions such as VRD, Anti-stick, hot start, and arc force adjustment.
  • Lift TIG welding optional with an additional WP-17V-35 TIG torch.

Pulse MIG Welding

  • Pulse MIG offers fast, high quality, low spatter, and consistently great-looking welds, with better thermal control than conventional MIG welders.Pulse allows successful welding at lower temperatures with much better control of the weld pool.
  • The weld offers a double pulse MIG function, which adds pulse 'wave,' and effectively multiplies the benefits of single-pulse, with even better thermal control, weld quality, and appearance.

Pulse MIG Aluminum Welding VS TIG Welding

  • Weld quality and finish Weld quality and finish are comparable or very close to TIG in many applications or very close to TIG in many applications
  • Superior speed and efficiency vs. TIG
  • Compared to TIG, typically requires less skill and is easier to learn, which reduces training time.

Various Torch Operation Selection

Set torch operation 2T/4T/4TL/spot.
2T Mode:
1. Push the torch trigger: the arc is ignited, and the machine goes to the selected working amperage. 2. Release the torch trigger: current drops and arc stop.
4T Mode:
1. Push the torch trigger: the arc is ignited, and the machine starts to arc the selected working amperage. 2. Release it: stay at the working amperage.
3. Push it again: the amperage slops down to the ending amperage (pilot arc current 12).
4. Release it: arc stops.
4TL Mode:
1. Push the torch trigger: the arc is ignited and currently reaches the start amperage(initial arc current I1). 2. Release it: the machine will slope up to the selected welding amperage.
3. Push it again: the amperage slops down to the finishing amperage (pilot arc current I2).
4. Release it: arc stops.
Spot Welding Mode:
1. Push the torch trigger: the arc is ignited, and the current rises to the preset value.
2. When the spot welding time is up, the current drops gradually, and the arc stops.

Color Led Screen

The color LED display permits visualization of the welding process and parameters such as welding material, wire diameter, output voltage, and output current or wire feeding speed current. It ensures proper machine setup and parameter selection, reducing setup time and increasing weld time.

Job Memory Function

  • The Memory function allows preferences and parameters to be set to complete recurring jobs efficiently and quickly. Jobs and parameters can be restored. This enables convenient work without wasting time on set-up.
  • The memory job can be recalled to reveal and use the weld parameters stored, and weld parameters can be further adjusted and stored as required.
  • Up to 10 memory options for each type of welding can be memorized and stored for recall.
