What's the best gift you got from your mom?
The best thing I got from my mom was protection from an abusive father. And encouragement to follow my dreams even if they led nowhere, and that extra nudge I didn't know I needed when I did, and of course all the unconditional love that she continues to give to this day. I love you mom!!!

Share your story about MOM.
My mom has supported me ever since I was little. We had a rough time money wise growing up, but she always made sure I had everything I needed no matter what. I didn't have very much of a father figure growing up, so she basically played both roles. She always wanted me to be successful, and I'm deadset on doing that. I'm currently enrolled in welding school and she couldn't be more proud of me. I couldn't have asked for a better mother!

My mom was a single mom and she needed to provide for her and I.She landed a job at a metal parts factory where my uncle worked, he encouraged her to learn to tig weld to earn more money.this was in the late 90's where 15/hr was good cheese.All the big ego macho men of course didn't want her there, they made her life impossible for her not to stay.of course my mom kicked ass and learned and was a full time ss/ aluminum tig welder, even has the battle scars to prove it. She encouraged me pick up this career my self. My mom is the best human I know!
