Alternative MIG Setting

Synergic MIG Setting

It is an excellent choice for beginner and occasional welders just getting into the world of welding.

The smart synernic MIG set allows automatic change of the voltage & wire feeding speed by adjusting the amperage.

It is available in MIG mode with specific -Syn on or in Pulse MIG mode.

Manual MIG Setting

Seasoned welders can use manual control mode ( with specific -Syn-off in MIG mode) to fine-tune the machine by by adjusting the voltage & wire feeding speed separately. (The amperage will change with the wire speed.)

Note: Spool gun is only available in manual control mode.

Pulse MIG Welding

Pulse MIG offers fast, high-quality, low spatter, and consistently great-looking welds with better thermal control than conventional MIG welders. As a result, pulse allows successful welding at lower temperatures with much better control of the weld pool.

A double pulse is better than a single pulse because it combines pulsing within pulsing. Both high and low background currents have their own high and low backgrounds.
The Double Pulse MIG function comes with two different pulses and could have better control over the pulsing waveform to manage heat input exceptionally well.

Pulse MIG Vs. AC TIG

In double pulse MIG, whenever the high pulse (with its own high and low output) switches to a low pulse (again, it has its own high and low), the puddle experiences a similar phenomenon to when you dab a TIG filler rod into the joint.

Essentially, this double pulsing action lets you create the ā€œstack of dimesā€ weld appearance associated with the TIG welding process.

Weld quality and finish are comparable or very close to TIG in many applications.

Superior speed and efficiency vs. TIG
Compared to TIG, it typically requires less skill and is easier to learn, which reduces training time.

Various Torch Selection

Set torch operation 2T/4T/4TL/spot.
2T Mode:
1.Push the torch trigger: the arc is ignited, and the machine goes to the selected working amperage.
2.Release the torch trigger: current drops and arc stop.
4T Mode:
1.Push the torch trigger: the arc is ignited, and the machine starts to arc the selected working amperage.
2.Release it: stay at the working amperage.
3. Push it again: the amperage slops down to the ending amperage (pilot arc current 12).
4. Release it: arc stops.
4TL Mode:
1.Push the torch trigger: the arc is ignited and currently reaches the start amperage(initial arc current I1).
2.Release it: the machine will slope up to the selected welding amperage.
3. Push it again: the amperage slops down to the finishing amperage (pilot arc current I2).
4. Release it: arc stops.
Spot Welding Mode:
1. Push the torch trigger: the arc is ignited, and the current rises to the preset value.
2. When the spot welding time is up, the current drops gradually, and the arc stops.

Color Led Screen

The control panel features a infinitely adjustable knob that will help you select the output current and voltage, wire feed speed, and post-flow and pre-flow. The exact settings and values are shown on the well-visible color LCD screen.

In addition, welders can utilize simple buttons to select between the welding process (MIG, TIG, Stick), torch mode (2T/4T/4TL and Spot), and Wire diameter (.023-.45ā€³), weld specifications (pulse or other parameters) and wire type.

Digital functions are well-tailored for seasoned welders who like to fine-tune their machines. However, YesWelder didnā€™t forget the needs of the beginners, so there is a Synergic MIG control.

Job Memory Function

The Memory function allows preferences and parameters to be set to complete recurring jobs efficiently and quickly. Jobs and parameters can be restored. This enables convenient work without wasting time on set-up.

The memory job can be recalled to reveal and use the weld parameters stored, and weld parameters can be further adjusted and stored as required.

Up to 10 memory options for each type of welding can be memorized and stored for recall.

YWM-211P

Hello. I purchased the welder to mainly mig weld aluminium and SSteel. I have a lincoln 170t with graphene liner but birdnesting made me consider a dedicated welder.
I consider myself a good welder doing everything autobody to fuel/water tanks. I was really excited about my purchase but was quickly disappointed with the difficulty setting the welding parameters.. user interface is unfriendly.. and the manual could be a lot better..to add insult to injury the new and improved user friendly version is now available . Thanks

This thing made me a respectable welder ( and I had a ways to go)!

Received the YWM-211p yesterday and got it set up this morning. I own a Snap-On YA212 Industrial (Systematics) welder and have struggled off and on for over 50 years trying to make consistent welds. Always thought it was me, but wondered if the equipment might have played a part as well. Reading about the features of the 211p I thought I would give it a try. Well, I'm happy to report that it's not me! I set the machine per the chart and laid down some of my best welds ever on 1/8inch, 14 ga and even 20 ga mild steel. Can't wait to try some of the advanced settings and get myself a spool gun. Thanks, Bob

New to welding

Very easy to set up I havenā€™t tried the aluminum yet but steel runs well Iā€™ve used gas and flux core both ran nice even with a beginner as myself thank you. I would like to try the spool gun as well i donā€™t have one as of now please send info on spool gun or a spool gun would be nice lol.

Love it

I really like it for the price and the capability it has to weld so many different materials. I do wish the instructions were a little better on how to setup and change the settings. Other than that it's a great welder very pleased
