The YesWelder CUT-65DS plasma cutter is a non-high frequency start cutting machine. It adopts a “blow-back” start, which involves a rearward movement of the electrode within the torch head when forced by the air pressure. Non-touch Pilot ARC

The pilot arc torch efficiently cuts through rough, painted, and rusty surfaces and produces minimal slag. Pilot arc technology allows you to cut without touching the tip of the metal. Better cutting quality and longer consumable life.

Dual Voltage

The 65DS amazon special.

I used it on a set of log bunk to scarf cracks on 1/2'' plate at 220v and I was rather excited at how well it worked for this messy application of mine. IF any of you have played with a log truck.. you know how rusty they get, soaked in tree sap, & layer after layer of paint they accrue.. it eats through it like my son eats reese's peanut butter cups.

This plasma cutter is one of the best machine I’ve used. I have a Miller 375, this little machine will keep up. Though the 375 is eight years old, I paid almost 5 times as much. The Yeswelder plasma 65DS hold it on, when it comes to performance. Nice machine

Best at 220

I am not a professional welder by far. I originally tried using this with only 110 and had some issues but it worked. After setting up my 220 circuit this thing cut like a champ. It had no problem blowing through half inch steel with very little slag. Good machine I highly recommend.

Awesome machine!!!

I was skeptical at first with this being a fairly low budget machine but man was i wrong!!!...i played around with some 11ga mild steel and it was a breeze to cut...figured id really step it up and start cutting some scrap dually frames i had to get rid of and the 1/4" material was no match...when i say hot knife thru butter, this little beast ate thru it like lava thru styrofoam...absolutely love it!!!!
